摘要: 各类设备与控制系统的日益复杂对其故障诊断系统提出了更高的要求。一方面,故障诊断系统面临着海量监测数据的输入;另一方面,随着故障种类、发生形式呈现越来越明显的多样化,故障模型日趋复杂。这都对故障诊断系统的性能与问题求解能力提出了挑战。在许多应用中,例如高速列车的故障诊断中,基于知识的故障诊断方法是十分常见的。其中,专家系统由于可直观地对故障知识进行描述,得到了最为广泛的应用。然而,传统专家系统在面对大规模监测数据时诊断效率低;诊断主动性欠缺;同时,该类系统普遍采用的产生式规则对复杂故障模型,特别是具有复杂时序关系的故障的描述能力受限。为此,本文提出了基于主动规则推理的故障诊断方法,具体工作包括:第一,按照故障诊断方法发展的历程,调研了各类故障诊断方法的原理与特点,在分析目前使用最为广泛的基于专家系统的故障诊断方法的不足的基础上,寻找相应的解决方法,最终将主动规则(Event-condition-action规则)推理引入故障诊断领域;第二,采用Event-condition-action(ECA)规则对故障进行建模,并对基于单数据的故障进行了建模方法的优化,提高了诊断系统的故障描述能力;第三,给出故障诊断系统中的原子事件模型,并相应给出原子事件的提取方法,从而在故障诊断前期引入数据过滤阶段,实现数据向原子事件的转化以及原子事件之间的循环触发,通过丢弃冗余数据以及提炼原子事件高层语义,大大减轻了诊断系统的负荷;第四,采用实时推理算法RTIAE实现诊断过程,提高了故障诊断系统的性能。增强了该算法中的条件处理功能,使其与具体应用场景相结合,同时在节点的启发式函数中引入动作重要性,从而支持对分级故障的诊断;第五,结合网络技术与故障诊断技术,实现远程故障诊断,通过将故障信息传送到诊断服务器实现诊断知识的共享,提高了诊断效率与安全性;第六,设计了基于主动规则推理的故障诊断系统框架,并通过高速列车故障诊断系统对该框架进行了实现,从而验证其有效性。
英文摘要:

The increasingly complex equipments and control systems put forward higher requirements to the fault diagnosis system. On the one hand, the torrent of surveillance information pours into the diagnosis system; on the other hand, with the more and more diversified types and data association, the models of the faults are getting more complex. These development trends pose a significant challenge to the fault diagnosis system on its performance and the capacity of problem solving. In many applications, such as fault diagnosis system for high speed train, knowledge-based fault diagnosis method is widely used. Typically, the expert system is the most popular method for the diagnosis because of its clear descriptive capacity. However, this type of method also suffers some universal problems, including the limited presentation power for fault models, especially for the faults which require complicated temporal constraints; the inefficiency for large scale data and the indifference to the initiative of the diagnosis. Therefor, fault diagnosis approach based on active rules (Event-condition-action rules) reasoning is proposed in this paper. The primary researching work includes:

(1) Based on the research of the basic principle and features of various fault diagnosis methodsthe reasoning technology based on active rules reasoning is introduced into the fault diagnosis field for the disadvantages of diagnosis export system;

(2) By formalizing the fault, the ECA–based fault modeling method is presented, which improves the description ability of fault diagnosis system;

(3) On the basis of proposing primitive event model, to reduce the load of diagnosis, the primitive events generating algorithm is presented, which direct the phase of the date filtration, during which the data could be translated into primitive events and primitive event could be circularly triggered by the others;

(4) In view of the algorithm named RTIAE which guides the diagnosis, the strengthened function of conditional processing combines the algorithm with applications; at the same time, the importance of the action is introduced into the heuristic function for supporting the hierarchical faults;

(5) By combining the network and fault diagnosis technology, remote fault diagnosis is supported, which improved the service efficiency and security of the fault diagnosis;

(6) According to the above research, a general framework of fault diagnosis system based on active rules reasoning is designed and a fault diagnosis system for high speed train is developed to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the framework.
