摘要: 随着管理理论、质量模型和信息技术的快速发展,企业信息化正日益成为带动工业化发展和社会生产力飞跃的核心力量.该文旨在研究企业信息化的规划、分析、优化、设计、开发和演化的技术、方法学和自动化问题,为现代企业提供一个一体化的、先进且灵活的企业网络计算解决方案.
英文摘要: With the rapid development of management principle, quality model and information technologies, enterprise informatization has being been the main driven force for society modernization and rapid increasing productivity. This paper intends to meet the key challenges in enterprise informatization during system planning, analysis, optimization, design, construction and evolution. The object is to provide enterprises with a new, advanced, integrated and flexible enterprise network computing solution. First, a reference framework of enterprise network computing, called ENC-RF has been proposed to integrate with various up-to-date information technologies as well as new business models, for the attainment of enterprise's business objectives. ENC-RF presents four main dimensions in terms of the core business process - application contents and supported technologies, enterprise modeling, integration, strategy and reference model for improvement. Then this paper explores five key issues of business process. They are 1) a XML based visual process language - XVPML, which supports the whole life cycle of business process, describes all process elements, and has high integrity, visualization, openness and formalization. 2) nine analysis and optimization technologies, based on the syntax and semantics of process models, and integrated with BPI theory. 3) process reuse mechanisms using component and pattern, to improve the quality and efficiency of process modeling. 4) process evolution method, using reflective language mechanism, and static and dynamic policy. 5) business metrics in detail, including its framework, definition, category, model and key issues, in terms of quantitative process management. To provide a robust, efficient, distributed process support, we design and build an Intranet/Internet based process engineering environment, called E-Process. It intends to help enterprises in establishing a basic framework of business process management, which covers from process modeling, reuse, instantiation, analysis and optimization, enactment and monitoring, as well as its evolution and measurement. In E-Process, a criteria-based process transaction model is proposed to meet the requirements of business process, such as interactive, dynamic, long-duration and cooperative. The model uses dynamic transaction hierarchy, supports the exposure of uncommitted data, and allows users to define correctness criteria by themselves. As a special enterprise case, the main points of how to establish software enterprise network computing are discussed specifically, including knowledge management, global software development, agile software process, general object oriented metric tool and quantitative software process management. At last, the enterprise network computing practices in Nanyang Industries Co. and ASTI Shanghai Co. are introduced.
