| Abstract | 在建设现代农业的背景下,黄河三角洲地区农户以粮食种植为主,同时大力发展农村第二、三产业。以萧圣庙村为代表的该地区农户,发挥人均土地相对宽裕、劳动力较为丰富的区域优势,形成了家庭规模养牛、手工编织等特色产业,出现了农村三个产业链均衡发展的局面,对黄河三角洲地区新农村建设进行了有益的探索。但是,也应看到该村基础设施建设投入不足和人才缺乏的问题仍然是制约农村发展的瓶颈,影响着农村经济的长效发展。 |
