| Abstract | 目的了解肝细胞生长因子(HGF)在慢性肾脏病(CKD)中的变化,探讨HGF在CKD中的作用及临床意义。方法收集CKD患者80例,其中CKDⅠ期16例、CKDⅡ期24例、CKDⅢ期15例、CKDⅣ期13例、CKDⅤ期12例,以及20例健康人群血清,应用ELISA方法检测血清中HGF的含量。结果在健康组、CKDⅠ期~Ⅴ期之间比较,各组之间HGF值有显著性差异(P=0.011),其中CKDⅤ期的HGF值最高,CKDⅠ期~Ⅳ期的HGF值也高于正常,但无显著性差异(P>0.05);HGF与尿素氮、肌酐、血、尿β2- |
