| Abstract | 为了研究有机硒硒代蛋氨酸对黄羽肉鸡屠宰品质的影响,试验选用黄羽肉鸡(岭南黄)130只,育饲一周后淘汰弱雏,随机分5组,分不同水平在饲料中添加硒代蛋氨酸这种硒源,进行饲养试验,试验末期70日龄进行屠宰试验,检测分析相关指标。结果表明,硒代蛋氨酸有利于提高黄羽肉鸡的肉品质,但是,对于肌纤维直径,硒的各添加组间并无显著差异。 |
