| English Abstract | Software system reliability is a hot research topic in the field of software engineering. From the three factors of system reliability, this paper identifies five classes of reliability concerns for the Problem Frames (PF) Approach. This paper also presents five reliability enhancement patterns for each reliability concern. Reliability enhancement patterns are used to incorporate reliability requirements into the process of problem analysis explicitly, extend the boundary of problems and refine machine specifications in order to improve the reliability of the software systems. A supporting tool is also built. It helps system analysts to identify reliability requirements and use the reliability enhancement patterns correctly. Finally, a bank account management problem is used to show the feasibility of our work.; Software system reliability is a hot research topic in the field of software engineering.
