| English Abstract | Software architecture is important in software development, which is vital to software quality, so the software analysis methods are becoming the research hotspot. In this article we advanced a scenario-based software architecture analysis method based on SAAM (Software Architecture Analysis Method) and ATAM (Architecture Tradeoff Analysis Method). By making scenario library and utility tree, this method will offer a lightweight way to evaluate and analyze software architectures. © 2014 WIT Press.; Software architecture is important in software development, which is vital to software quality, so the software analysis methods are becoming the research hotspot.
