AbstractTo find the possible problems of usability from the real users' behavior and to avoid the unreliability of heuristic evaluation, based on the large amount of data of real users' behavior, the automated evaluation system to the Web system is given. By automately matching a large amount data of real user's behavior and use case produced in requirement analysis stage, inconsistent relationship is found between task, task relationships and then the usability problem is found. Based on the results produced from the real practice, it can be used as a guide to the usability evaluators and further improvement to the Web system.
