| English Abstract | 十八届三中全会决定成立国家安全委员会，并将网络和信息安全视为涉及国家安全和社会稳定的综合性挑战。事实上，面对网络强国的“无法无天”与“无所不能”，中华民族网络边疆已经到了最为危急的时刻。我们必须警钟长鸣，奋力前行，打出一套涵盖顶层设计、核心技术、信息产业、基础设施、政策保障、人才培育的网络空间防御“组合拳”。 |
