| English Abstract | 6Sigma是实现过程控制和持续改进的有效方法,本文针对复杂系统集成过程管理存在的问题,分析了6Sigma在系统集成过程管理中应用的可行性,提出了一种基于6Sigma的系统集成过程模型.该模型具有信息及时反馈、过程持续改进、提高质量和降低成本的特点,在项目中得到应用并取得明显效果. |
