| English Abstract | 本文讨论了目前我国政府机关，企、事业单位发送文件主要采用的几种方法中，并且分析了它们的优缺点。通过对国内发送公文现状的研究，本文提出了一种快递、安全、经济的发文方法，以便于我国各种政府机关和企事业单位之广泛使用。本文扼要介绍了信报处理系统的基本概念和基本模型，以及与信报处理系统相关的目录服务。在此基础上，详细阐述了我们开发的专门用于文件发送和管理的软件——九州快递的系统目标、总体设计思想和实现方法。 |
| Abstract | In this paper, we discuss the status of sending files in the govement administration departments and enterprises in China. The advantages and shortcomings of the current systems are given, and a new idea of sending files with a fast, secure and economic method is shown. The basic conception and models of Message Handling System (MHS) are introduced in this paper briefly, and provide the detail system destination, the architecture and implementation of our new file sending and management system-Jiuzhou Express. |
