摘要	针对现有MIS系统的开发工具，本文提出了支持MIS系统前端开发的工具MDT/CM, 首先分析了MDT/CM的设计目标，然后引入了概念模型。还介绍了MDT/CM的思想及总体结构，设计了概念数据模型语言CDML。详细阐述了CDML的实现。说明了CDML对CPML的进一步支持。介绍了基于概念数据模型进行数据操纵的思想。
其他摘要	This paper, aiming at supporting the front end of MIS developing process, presents MDT/CM (MIS development tools based on the conceptual model). Codd introduces the relational data model and successively makes the logic DB design (DB schemma) and logic query valuation (relationl calculus) independent from the physic DB implementation. The theory MDT/CM is summerized and the structute of MDT/CM is shown. Also the design and implementation of CDML are made. In the end, how CPML querys data on the system is generated by CDML is outlined.
