摘要	随着TCP/IP网络的发展，对TCP/IP网络的管理变得十分重要。文中概述SNMP以及其扩充协议SMUX，剖析NetView for Aix/6000及System Monitor 6000的工作机理，和上海邮政网络管理系统的设计实现。
其他摘要	With the development of the TCP/IP networks, the management of the TCP/IP based networks becomes very important. This paper describes the Simple Network Management Protocol and its supplement protocol SMUX, then analyzes the mechanisms of the NetView for AIX/6000 and System Monitor for AIX/6000, and the design and implementation of the Shanghai Post Business Network Management system.
