| English Abstract | 多媒体地域信息系统对区域内的人、地、物信息实现综合管理和操作，包括信息的查询和浏览，数据的统计分析，实时的情景显示。本文通过讨论实现的应用程序LPS-AIS，提出了多媒体地理信息系统数据模型HyperMap，并详细论述了属性数据的地理编码方法，最后介绍了基于地理信息系统的多媒体数据库。 |
| Abstract | Multimedia Area Information System offers integrated management and operation on the information of people, land and objects in the area, including information query and browsing, data statistics and analysis, situation display in real time etc. It integrates database, multimedia and GIS technology and can be used for many other applications. An application of MMAIS, LPS/AIS, is presented. This paper proposes a geographic information system data model-HyperMap, and then introduces the multimedia database system based on geographic information system. |
