| Abstract | In this document, some problems related with the realization of Terminal Equipment 1 (TE1) are introduced. Including: the recommendation Q.931 and Q.932, the ideas and tools used in the system, user interface and the data transfer protocol in upper layer, as well as some problems on software management and system test. |
