English AbstractNGOSS defines a comprehensive, integrated framework for developing and deploying operational and business support systems for communications service providers. With increasing telecommunication services, NGOSS becomes more and more important to improve the management and operation of information and communication services. Collecting network data and configuring network data based on SLA is the important part of NGOSS, and network data become more and more complex with the increasing telecom services and development of distributed and heterogeneous network management systems. To efficiently build distribution transparency and business independent from implementation management environment, we present a NGOSS data management solution based on Web Service, which based on NGOSS data flow framework.
